Great restaurant overall. Staff was friendly and the service was quick, and the food here is amazing! My GF gets a chicken sandwich just about everywhere when we go out to eat, and she said this is probably her new favorite. We started by trying the chicken tenders with gravy dipping sauce, and it was really good. It tasted like Thanksgiving dinner! These chicken tenders were a little smaller than I expected, so I would recommend a 6 piece order for the average person, or get the 10 piece for those with a bigger appetite or split it between 2 people for a slightly better value. They’re also a bit pricey at about $16 for a 6 piece, but it was really good. We also tried the spicy deluxe sandwich and that is a perfect example of what a chicken sandwich should be. A nice big, juicy, and crunchy chicken patty, fresh quality vegetables, delicious sriracha mayo, and a tasty bun for only $7. This was IMO a much better value than the chicken tenders. Order anything as a combo or meal deal which comes with a drink and a side and those are also a really great value. I have lived in the Philippines for 49 years and have probably went to Jollibee for a million times. Crew in the Ph greets you “Jolly Morning or afternoon or evening” every time we go inside. The crew in this specific branch never said “Jolly Afternoon” to us when we entered. The service is just very different than the Philippines. But other than that, the food is as good as the Philippines. And I love the atmosphere because there is just enough seats for customers and it’s not busy when you go in.

I had a wonderful experience at Jollibee Skokie. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. Ate in the drive thru is very friendly and jolly. The service was efficient, and my order was prepared quickly and accurately. The food was amazing fresh, flavorful, and served hot. Every item tasted great, and the quality exceeded my expectations. It’s always a pleasure dining here because of the excellent customer service and consistently delicious food. Highly recommend Jollibee Skokie to anyone looking for a great meal and a positive dining experience!

4-4-2026 My daughter celebrated her 15th birthday (wish granted) with her friends and family. It was a very nice birthday party. We enjoyed-and loved-the food, especially from my daughter's diverse circle of friends. Everything was served quickly (I placed advance orders online), and the staff were excellent, attentive, and helpful. Additionally, they allowed me to bring some decorations to make my daughter's birthday party more fantastic. 04-06-2026 I ordered again online and had it delivered to my workplace . My coworkers had a first- time experience with the chicken, spaghetti , palabok, peach mango pie , and burgers. They said this is good food ; they asked me for the details and would love to order and share it with their families . 10/10 excellent

Absolute perfection. I’ve been craving that authentic flavor, and this place delivered, the food was excellent and tasted exactly like the Jollibee back in the Philippines. I drove 2.5 hours specifically to come here, and I was not disappointed in the slightest! ​The restaurant itself is super clean and has a lot of space, which made the experience even better. Huge shoutout to the amazing staff they were so welcoming and provided top-notch service. It was worth every mile of the drive, and I will definitely be coming back again!
